The Sanctuary Resort and Spa is a boutique Resort and as such, suggests that guests confirm travel plans prior to making reservations with us. If your travel plans change for due to any circumstance, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your vacation stay to a more convenient time. You may also transfer your reservation to another person if you so desire.
Due to our hotel’s size and high level of service, we cannot refund your deposit money.
